Booking Policy
1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment and a confirmation email from Travel DreamsTour.

Please review all package details before confirming your booking.

2. Payment Terms

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or other listed payment methods.

A minimum deposit or full payment may be required depending on the package type.

Full payment must be completed before the tour start date to ensure participation.

3. Traveler Information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate personal, identification, and travel details at the time of booking.

Travel DreamsTour will not be held liable for any issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify or reschedule a booking must be made at least **72 hours** prior to departure.

Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on provider policies.

5. Unavailability & Overbooking

In rare cases of overbooking or unavailability, we will offer an alternative date, package, or full refund.

We strive to keep availability up to date, but all bookings are subject to final confirmation.
