Refund Policy
1. Booking Cancellations
Cancellations made **7 days or more** before the departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus processing fees.
Cancellations made **3–6 days** before the trip will receive a **50% refund**.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made **within 48 hours** of departure or for no-shows.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within **7–10 business days** after confirmation.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Some promotional or discounted packages are **non-refundable** and will be clearly marked during booking.
Costs already incurred for third-party services (e.g., hotel bookings, permits) may not be refundable.
4. Changes & Modifications
If you need to modify your booking (dates, destination, etc.), please contact us at least **72 hours in advance**. Change fees may apply.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and provider policies.
